All our orders are shipped in a blank box. The name of the shop is not mentioned on the box.

From the outside, therefore, you cannot tell what the contents of the box are.

So completely anonymous and discreet.

Discreet pickup at our address

All our orders can also be picked up at our address by appointment. See below.

Delivery time

Within minutes of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

Your order will be administratively processed the same day on business days.

The delivery time for the package depends on your chosen payment method, the country to be shipped to and our actual stock.

Shipping time is the time when your package leaves our warehouse, this is normally between 3 to 5 business days after payment is received.

Then it is up to our carriers when they will deliver the package.



Our products are packaged in a sturdy blank box.

From the outside, you cannot tell that it contains any erotic items.

Moreover, there will never be a reference to our store on it. It only lists a return address.

The sender will state: Goohaco B.V.

As much as possible, we use packaging materials that are not harmful to the environment.

And we use as many USED DOZEN and USED PACKAGING MATERIALS as possible to preserve the environment.

Shipping method

Packages are all delivered by DPD.

Steeltoys DPD

Once your package leaves our warehouse then you will receive an email from us with tracking code via a link.

With this code, you can continuously track your package and also adjust the delivery if necessary.

DPD delivers within the Netherlands and outside the Netherlands your order during the day or evening until 10 p.m. at the delivery address you provided.

If you are not home when the order is delivered to you, the DPD employee will leave a notice in your mailbox telling you that DPD will try again a day later to deliver the package.

If you are not home the 2nd time either when the order is delivered to you then the DPD employee will leave a notice in your mailbox telling you that they have been and the address of the pickup point where you can pick up your package yourself the next business day.

When receiving the package, please pay close attention to any damage before accepting your package.

All our packages with DPD are sent by registered mail and therefore a signature for
always a signature for receipt to be given before delivery
of the package by YOU or anyone else taking delivery of the package.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs within the Netherlands are a minimum of €9.50 basic rate. Unless otherwise stated through the order information.
  • Shipping costs for Belgium, France and Germany are a minimum of €11.46 base rate. Unless otherwise stated through the order information.
  • Shipping costs for other countries depend on the weight of the shipment and will be displayed at checkout of your order or upon request through our contact form.


All our packages are shipped with insurance of the total amount in case of loss theft or damage.


Pick up your order yourself

You can pick up your order yourself at our warehouse in Waspik. If you choose this, the shipping costs will be waived.

The pickup location is open by appointment.

For pickup, your order must be paid in advance through our payment system.

Cash or PIN payment at pickup is possible after first consultation.

There is no physical store, our showroom is still under construction at our new location.

There is only a takeout option now.

You have the right to return unused items within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund by Steeltoys.

The following restrictions apply:

  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
  • Steeltoys cannot refund returned intimate toys such as dildos once they have been removed from their sealed packaging. this is for hygienic purposes.
  • Further exempt from our return policy are the goods specially produced in accordance with customer specifications (custom-made).
  • In case of product exchange (new goods for returned goods), the customer is responsible for transportation costs.
  • Only when the product is delivered defective or damaged. Steeltoys will reimburse transportation costs.

If Steeltoys cannot deliver an out of stock product within 30 days, the customer may cancel the order if an alternative delivery date has not been arranged.

When products are returned within the 14-day expiration period, Steeltoys will refund the customer within 14 days (usually sooner). When your bank account information is required for a refund, the refund period of 14 days begins after your information is received in full.

Steeltoys wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.

According to EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel and return purchases made outside stores (online, by phone or mail order) within 14 days.

Goods cannot be returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or Return Request request

After approval for return, you can return the item. This is always done at the customer’s expense with exceptions.
